On 20th of October, local time, BCEG officially completed and delivered the project of 206 residential units of NHDC in Mauritius, which is the largest affordable housing project in the country this year. The Prime Minister of Mauritius, the vice-premier and Minister of housing and land planning attended the completion ceremony and had a speech.
In his speech, the Prime Minister said that NHDC 206 housing is a key social security housing project, and the only project with more than 100 units of 11 social security housing projects to be delivered within this year. The housing quality and community layout are impressive. I would like to thank BCEG for overcoming various difficulties and making efforts to improve the quality of life of the Mauritian.
NHDC 206 housing project is one of the social security housing projects of the government in Mauritius, which is committed to providing affordable housing for local low-income people. The project covers an area of about 50000 square meters, with a total construction area of 1442 square meters. It is composed of 206 double-layer houses, 1700 meters of road engineering and 1000 meters of municipal pipe network.
